WARRANTY POLICY AND SERVICE
InStyler guarantees all of our products to be free of manufacturer defects. Thus, all InStyler tools purchased from our website are covered against manufacturer defects for one year after the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase or itemized documentation, as well as a video demonstration of the product malfunctioning.
Upon receipt of your video, a certified InStyler technician will determine if the damage caused to your tool will be covered under our warranty program. If it is covered, our fulfillment team will ship you a replacement unit, and you can dispose of the defective unit.
InStyler warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Tool damage not associated with normal use, such as damage due to misuse or abuse, incorrect voltage supply, dropping or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging, or tampering including repair or attempted repair are not covered.

InStyler is not accepting returns of any kind at this time.
WARRANTY POLICY
Tre Milano, LLC ("Company") extends this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser ("Consumer") of InStyler® branded products (the “InStyler”).
Limited One (1) Year Warranty:
The InStyler and its parts are warranted against manufacturer defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only covers the items specifically listed above for the period specified.
1. EXCLUSIONS:
Excluded from this limited warranty are damages to the InStyler caused by unreasonable or unintended use, abuse or neglect. Also excluded is damage from ordinary wear and tear.
2. VOIDING OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
THE FOLLOWING OCCURRENCES OR CONDITIONS WILL VOID THIS LIMITED WARRANTY: (1) USE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES; (2) FAILURE TO USE THE INSTYLER ACCORDING TO COMPANY'S SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS; (3) FAILURE TO PROPERLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INSTYLER AS STATED IN THE MANUAL; AND (4) TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF THIS WARRANTY.
3. SOLE REMEDY:
The sole remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement, at Company's option, of the InStyler or part(s) deemed to be defective. "Repair" or "Replacement" shall mean providing the labor and materials necessary, at no cost to the consumer, to repair or replace defective part(s) or replace, at Company's option, the InStyler.

5. DISCLAIMER:
THE WARRANTY IN THIS DOCUMENT IS THE ONLY WARRANTY ON THE INSTYLER. COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATION OR TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY COMPANY AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
CONSUMER AND COMPANY EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE INSTYLER OR THE DEFECTIVE PART(S) IS THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF CONSUMER. COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NO REPRESENTATIVE, EMPLOYEE, OR DISTRIBUTOR OR DEALER OF COMPANY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE OR IMPLY ANY REPRESENTATION, PROMISE OR AGREEMENT WHICH IN ANY WAY VARIES THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
6. NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS RELATED TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.
7. LEGAL RIGHTS:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
8. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
The parties to this limited warranty agree to submit to mediation to resolve any warranty disputes.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
The laws of the State of California will govern this limited warranty.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original payment method. You will be sent a confirmation email to the address listed on your order when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

How do I change or cancel an order?
How do I change or cancel an order? Because our system is designed to process orders very quickly, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please submit a Return Authorization request to orders@flowerhairtool.com once you have received your order if you wish to return it.
Shipping
What are your shipping fees?
Purchases of $50 or more (not including sales tax), will receive free Standard Shipping within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. For orders less than $50, the following shipping rates apply: Continental US Standard Shipping $10.00 (4-6 business days) FedEx 2-Day $50.00 FedEx Overnight $80.00 Alaska + Hawaii Standard Shipping $15.00 (4-6 business days) FedEx 2-Day $45.00 Please note that delivery days are business days and we do not offer Saturday or holiday delivery services. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, Military Bases, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed prior to 11am PST Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays and throughout the weekend will process on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day we are open. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped
How do I know that my order has been shipped? How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
What is the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
"Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. Orders placed before 11am on any given weekday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the following day. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date. Additionally, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the United States.
